Mix one or two shots of Kahlua
with
Enough Rum Raisin Ice Cream to fill 8 oz. glass

blend with a hand blender

My original pistachio pie recipe:

Crush one section (from the box) of graham crackers with butter to make crust
spread in bottom of aluminum pie tin
ON THE STOVE:
Make one package of COOKED chocolate pudding according to instructions
pour into pie shell
Mix one package INSTANT pistachio pudding with
1 container of Cool Whip

After chocolate pudding slightly sets add the cool whip pistachio mix to the top.
Regrigerate at least 3 hours before serving

I recently saw on television a new theme for weddings is cocktail rounds with appetizers for the reception. It says people are enjoying this format and find it very comfortable to socialize. You can use some yummy finger foods, serve some exotic drinks and add a couple stations.I thought this was unique. Anyone willing to try it?
