Dinner tonight was so yummy that I just had to post the recipe. Jumbo Shells stuffed with a hamburger and cheese mixture covered with spaghetti sauce definitely hit the spot! No photos though because it was THAT good. Not too figure friendly, but well worth it! Happy Eating!

Although I love rice krispie treats, everything's better with chocolate. So, I added a few cocoa pebbles, some mini chocolate chips, and some cinnamon, and this turned out to be the best rice krispie I have ever eaten! It's awesome! Happy eating!

So, I made the most delicious pumpkin cupcakes last night! They were A-MAZ-ING! Seriously. Although I made the cupcakes from scratch, I used store bought cream cheese icing. So easy. I also pipped in some of the icing for a filling. It made them even more tasty! I halved the recipe and it made 12 cupcakes and 8 mini cupcakes. Double it if you want more. Recipe attached.
