Well, we just returned from two weeks in Florida and we had a blast! We spent 10 days at Disney and the rest doing day trips to Cocoa Beach, NASA, and Universal Studios.

I'm so tired of putting on clothes that are too tight! Everyday is a struggle not to put chocolate in my mouth - the chocolate normally wins!!! I am going to start logging my weight into my blog in the hopes that having it posted for all to see will motivate me to get off my bottom and move more and eat less. So, drum roll please......176.6 pounds. I hope I never have to write that number again. Check back next week on Wednesday to see if I dropped any pounds!

I encourage my kids to do all the baking themselves when doing the fair thing. He did a great job and really impressed them with the frosting! Oh, by the way, he was 6 at the time!
