(a consortium consisting of the American Dairy Association, National Dairy Council and U.S. Dairy Export Council) and Dairy Foods Magazine – reveals that while dollar sales may not have yet skyrocketed, to borrow a phrase from Bob Dylan, "The times, they are a-changin'."
