Quinoa

Quinoa is a whole grain, which means it contains more protein, vitamins and fiber, as well as no processed carbohydrates. Also, since the individual quinoa seeds are relatively small, it cooks up more quickly than other whole grains. And the texture is remarkably similar to that of couscous.
