BUTTERS AND SAUCES

Herb butter is wonderful on meats, vegetables, fish, and bread. The
fun is to use whatever fresh herbs you like. You may substitute dried
herbs if fresh are not available in a pinch. Even those watching fats
can have this now and then in moderation. If you make this in fancy
candy molds, your family and guests will be very impressed.

HERB BUTTER

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh herbs
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine

Mix together and beat until smooth and well-blended.

Travels in Canada

OK people....settle in ...

I'm about to recount the tales of my travels here in Ontario, Canada....

We arrived here Sunday evening, the weather is beautiful.

The airline broke both our bags--a world record somewhere, I'm sure.
He got a new one, but "wheels aren't covered," I was told by the
attendant in the complaint office.

We are staying here in St. Catherine's at Brock University in the
dorms. My brother is here for a chemistry conference and I'm here for
a herbal conference.
