Bare with me, I've been contemplating blogging for years, so some of these may be a little old .... I had a last minute party to go to and was assigned dessert .... I wanted to make something, but being that it was a Friday night, I was feeling lazy! I went over to my local trader joes and this how I ended up dolling this cheesecake up in a few minutes (NOTE - YES I know I need to seriously scrub the range on my oven as well)
