chicken scampi

Wanting to know a simple but tasteful receipe for chicken scampi. I ate at o'charley's yesterday and they have a dish that is called 7 spiced chicken (first time I ate it). I was told that it was similar to chicken scampi. It was simply delicious. Anyone know a good receipe for chicken scampi? I would like to fix for my famly.
