Strawberry Sauce

strawberry Sauce
2/3 cup sugar
1 pint stawberries-washed and hulled
1/3cup water
1 tblsp lemon juice
place sugar and 1/3 cup water in small saucepan--stir and bring to a boil--simmer until sugar is completely dissolved--allow to cool completely--place half berries in jar of a blender--add lemon juice and all the cooled syrup--puree until smooth--coarsely chop remaining strawberries and add to puree--store refrigerated for up to 4 weeks---I triple the batch and freeze in ziplock bags---

Glorified Pork chops

Glorified Pork chops
1 tblsp veg oil
6 pork chops
1 med onion sliced
1 can cr of chic or mushroom soup
1/4cup water
Brown chops in hot oil with onions--place in casserols and cover with soupl and water--bake at350% for 45 minutes and serve over rice or noodles--easy and very good

Ardella's meatballs

A friend from work gave me this recipie and is a great favorite of mine--I have tripled it for Christmas in the past and should make it again for next Christmas---I have made the meatballs and froze them and then made up the sauce when I needed to finish the dish--made them from ground venizon once for my sons get-together and they were a hit too

Another easy recipie

EASY STICKY BUNS
1 loaf frozen bread dough
3 tblsp butter
1 tblsp butter melted
cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup (pancake syrup works too)
thaw bread overnite in refrigerator--melt 3 tblsp butter in 8x8 pan--roll the dough into a 8x18 rectangle--brush with 1 tblsp melted butter-sprinkle with cinnamon as desired-chopped nuts and brown sugar--put maple syrup and extra nuts if desired into remaining butter in pan--stir until sugar is dissolved--roll up
