We are hosting a wedding shower for my son and his beloved. All of the sisters, sisters-in-law and aunties were asked to contribute a recipe for their starter collection. I couldn't resist trying them out as they came in. This one sounded odd - and I didn't think we would like cooked cauliflower - but it is awesome! My handsome husband loved it too.
