I wish we had money. I want Chinese. Pu-pu platter for 4, potstickers from Super Dragon!
Had Steak Tartare tonight for supper. At least that's what it was for me - I made hamburgers for Hubby. L. got a bologna sandwich. I like Steak Tartar - especially when i'm PMSing. And I'm BIG PMSing. Lots and lots of SALT. I had some ramen noodles and practically poured the seasoning packet down my throat.

Tonight's supper

Damn, I'm good. The bus was late today, came crawling home at 6 pm. Had chicken and took out Stove Top. Started the chicken in the broiler then thought, hey, I know, I'll stir fry it with a little bbq sauce...and my gosh, it worked like a charm! Dinner was done in 10 minutes. Microwaved the stuffing - that took 6 min; stir fry took about 10. I am just too good!!!

A typical supper
October 18, 2005, 7:34 pm
At some point, I'll write up recipes that I do. But what our typical supper consists of is anything with french fries. Hubby and kid love french fries. I'm a mashed potato kinda person. My favorite dinner of all time is mashed potatoes (fresh, not from a box), with mushroom gravy and grilled steak - rare, but rare enough not to have to chew endlessly and swallow whole. No veggies. Just meat and potatoes. Oh, to dream.
