Modified Cheesy Lasagna

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
1 big jar spaghetti sauce (prego traditional)
1 pound ricotta cheese
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 lb. beef
1 c pepperoni
4 c fresh spinach
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Soak pasta in hot tap water 20- 30 minutes.
In a blender or with an electric mixer, blend spinach with choosen spices (oregeno, black pepper) mix chopped spinach with ricotta cheese and set aside. Brown beef put in electic mixer with pepperoni (italian seasoning), mix meat mixer with half of spagetti sauce. Spoon a little of the spagetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place a layer of cooked noodles over the sauce, and sprinkle a portion of the ricotta mixture, mozzarella, the cheddar and the parmesan over the noodles. Repeat layering of sauce, noodles and cheese; finish with a cheese layer.
Bake in preheated oven 30 to 45 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden
