Some Like it Hot!........(Or Not so hot!)

We are trying to have fish/seafood/salmon at least twice per week. This became a quick "WOW, let's have THAT again" favorite.

Borrowing a page from Giada De Laurentiis................ Pepperoncini Shrimp

You can use this pepperoncini oil on any firm fish as well as on the shrimp. Fish/shrimp can either be grilled on skewers or sauted in a large skillet. These recipes serve 6. If you skewer the fish on bamboo skewers -- looks very pretty atop the salad.
