This is slightly too sweet for me. My Dad said that it was okay as it was.. but I'm not convinced. I also made this with skimmed milk, and it didn't seem to make too much difference. The chai spices make a nice change.

Although this isn't my recipe, I just had to share it. It's absolutely wonderful. These biscuits are light and delicately flavoured. The cornmeal adds a whole new dimension (I have to admit that I absolutely adore cornmeal, and I'm always looking for an excuse to use it and this recipe makes for a scrummy snack/side that everyone will love.
